First Northwest Bancorp

First Northwest, a Washington corporation, is a bank holding company and a financial holding company that conducts banking activities through its wholly owned subsidiary, First Fed, and certain non-banking financial activities. The company's business activities primarily involve passive investment activities and overseeing First Fed. First Northwest is regulated by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. First Fed, a community-oriented commercial bank founded in 1923 in Port Angeles, Washington, is examined and regulated by the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions, Division of Banks, and by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. First Fed is required to maintain specific reserves set by the Federal Reserve and is a member of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines, one of the 11 regional banks in the Federal Home Loan Bank System. Non-banking investments include several limited partnership investments.
