First Northern Community Bancorp is a bank holding company that provides community banking services through its wholly-owned subsidiary, First Northern Bank of Dixon. The company's legal headquarters are located at 195 N. First Street, Dixon, CA 95620. Since its inception, the company has focused on serving the banking needs of individuals and small- to medium-sized businesses. First Northern Community Bancorp operates in the California Counties of Solano, Yolo, Placer, and Sacramento, as well as parts of El Dorado County. First Northern Bank of Dixon, established in 1910, offers a full range of banking services. The Bank also owns 100% of Yolano Realty Corporation, a subsidiary created to manage selected other real estate owned properties. The Bank has fourteen full-service branches located in the cities of Auburn, Colusa, Davis, Dixon, Fairfield, Orland, Rancho Cordova, Roseville, Sacramento, Vacaville, West Sacramento, Winters, Willows, and Woodland. The company underwent a corporate reorganization in April 2000, which was effected on May 19, 2000, to create the bank holding company structure.
