Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (FNF) is a leading provider of title insurance, escrow, and other title-related services, as well as transaction services for the real estate and mortgage industries. The company operates as one of the nation's largest title insurance providers through its underwriters: Fidelity National Title Insurance Company (FNTIC), Chicago Title Insurance Company, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, Alamo Title Insurance, and National Title Insurance of New York Inc. These underwriters collectively issue more title insurance policies than any other title company in the United States. FNF's title-related services include trust activities, trustee sales guarantees, recordings, reconveyances, and home warranty. Through its subsidiary ServiceLink Holdings, LLC, FNF also provides mortgage transaction services, including title-related services and the facilitation of mortgage loan production and management. Additionally, FNF is a leading provider of insurance solutions for retail annuity and life customers and institutional clients through its majority-owned subsidiary, F&G Annuities & Life, Inc. (F&G). On December 1, 2022, FNF completed a pro rata distribution of approximately 15% of F&G's common stock to its shareholders, distributing 68 shares of F&G common stock (par value $0.001 per share) for every 1,000 shares of FNF common stock (par value $0.0001 per share) held as of November 22, 2022. Following this distribution, FNF retained an approximate 85% ownership stake in F&G.
