Full House Resorts, Inc. owns, leases, operates, develops, manages, and/or invests in casinos and related hospitality and entertainment facilities. Formed in 1987 and headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, the company has domestic operations in Nevada, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, and Mississippi. Full House Resorts currently operates six casinos; five are on owned or leased real estate, and one is located within a third-party-owned hotel. The company also benefits from two active sports wagering websites, one in Indiana and one in Illinois. In February 2023, the temporary American Place facility opened, and design work has begun for a permanent gaming facility on adjoining land. In October 2024, the phased opening of Chamonix, located adjacent to Bronco Billy's Casino, was completed. In April 2025, the company sold Stockman's Casino. In July 2025, an agreement was reached to extend the use of an active sports wagering skin in Indiana through December 2031, with the remaining term fully prepaid. As of December 31, 2025, the company's casino resort properties include American Place Casino in Waukegan, IL; Silver Slipper Casino and Hotel in Hancock County, MS; and Rising Star Casino Resort in Rising Sun, IN, all within the Midwest & South segment. The West segment includes Chamonix Casino Hotel and Bronco Billy's Casino in Cripple Creek, CO, and Grand Lodge Casino, which is leased and part of the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino in Incline Village, NV. The company also holds three idle sports wagering websites in Colorado.
