ZeroStack Corp. is a decentralized AI treasury and AI-focused asset management company that invests in the future of AI. The company's first AI-oriented project involves strategic ownership in 0G Tokens. ZeroStack Corp. also operates as a global pharmaceutical distributor through its wholly owned subsidiary Phatebo GmbH, which has principal operations in Germany. The company was incorporated as Flora Growth Corp. on March 13, 2019, and changed its corporate name to ZeroStack Corp. on January 29, 2026, also changing its Nasdaq ticker from "FLGC" to "ZSTK". In May 2021, the company completed its initial public offering and began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market. Prior to its IPO, the company engaged in transactions in Colombia, including the acquisition of interests in Flora Growth Corp Colombia S.A.S, Flora Lab S.A.S., Flora Med S.A.S, the Cosechemos cultivation and processing facility, and several brands. Since its IPO, ZeroStack has acquired 100% of the outstanding equity interests in Franchise Global Health Inc. (FGH), which includes Phatebo, and Just Brands LLC and High Roller Private Label LLC, both based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Just Brands is a distributor and retailer of cannabidiol derived products through its "JustCBD" brand. On August 4, 2025, the company effected a 1-for-39 share consolidation of its Common Shares.
