FTAI Infrastructure Inc. acquires, develops, and operates critical infrastructure assets and businesses for customers in the transportation, energy, and industrial products industries. Formed on December 13, 2021, as FTAI Infrastructure LLC, a subsidiary of FTAI Aviation Ltd., the company trades on The Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol "FIP." Its operations are divided into four primary business lines: Railroad, Ports and Terminals, Power and Gas, and Sustainability and Energy Transition. The Railroad business invests in and operates short line and regional railroads across North America. The Ports and Terminals business, comprising the Jefferson Terminal and Repauno segments, develops or acquires industrial properties in strategic locations to store and handle various energy products for third parties, including crude oil, refined products, and clean fuels. For the year ended December 31, 2025, the Railroad business generated 34% of total revenue, Ports and Terminals accounted for 19%, and Power and Gas contributed 36%. Corporate and other sources made up the remaining 11% of total revenue.
