FIRST HORIZON CORP

First Horizon Corporation is a Tennessee-based bank holding company, incorporated in 1968 and headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee. It operates as a financial holding company with its common stock listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "FHN." As of December 31, 2025, First Horizon had total consolidated assets of $84 billion. The company primarily offers commercial, private banking, consumer, small business, wealth and trust management, retail brokerage, capital markets, fixed income, and mortgage banking services through its wholly-owned subsidiary, First Horizon Bank. Founded in 1864, First Horizon Bank, also headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee, had $84 billion in total assets, $68 billion in total deposits, and $64 billion in total loans (including certain leases, before considering the allowance for loan and lease losses) as of December 31, 2025. In addition to the Bank, First Horizon's consolidated operating subsidiaries as of December 31, 2025, include two SEC-registered investment advisors, two SEC-registered broker-dealers, and three licensed insurance agencies. The company had over 450 business locations in 23 U.S. states, excluding off-premises ATMs, at December 31, 2025. Of these, 412 were banking centers predominantly located in southern states, with 137 in Tennessee, 78 in North Carolina, 74 in Florida, and 55 in Louisiana. Lending is a significant revenue source, with loans being the largest asset type. The loan portfolio is primarily commercial, divided into commercial and consumer types. The three major portfolios are traditional, unsecured commercial, financial and industrial ("C&I") loans; secured commercial real estate ("CRE") loans; and secured consumer real estate loans.
