FG Nexus Inc. is a Nevada-incorporated holding company that conducts business through its digital assets and merchant banking segments. The company, formerly known as Fundamental Global Inc., changed its name to FG Nexus Inc. on September 5, 2025. Its common stock and Series A preferred shares are listed on Nasdaq under the symbols "FGNX" and "FGNXP," respectively. On December 9, 2022, the company reincorporated from a Delaware corporation to a Nevada corporation. On February 13, 2026, a one-for-five reverse stock split became effective, resulting in 6,555,124 shares of Common Stock outstanding. Stockholders who would have received fractional shares from the split received cash payments instead. In October 2025, FG Nexus Inc. signed a non-binding letter of intent to sell its Quebec property for $15.0 million CAD, which is approximately $11.0 million USD.
