Free Flow USA, Inc. was incorporated on October 28, 2011, in Delaware, initially focusing on the green energy industry. The company began by developing a solar pump system for swimming pools. Due to interest from overseas farmers, Free Flow shifted its focus to selling solar panels to the agriculture sector, providing alternative electricity for water well pumps in India and Pakistan. In August 2014, the company attempted to acquire a special purpose entity in India, but the contract was not completed because the sellers could not provide audited financial statements. In February 2015, Free Flow incorporated a subsidiary, Promedaff, Inc., and purchased a skin care product line and formulations for $2,000,000 via a promissory note. An e-commerce platform was established for sales and marketing, but these efforts were unsuccessful. The entire inventory was sold through the original seller, and the promissory note was canceled and marked "VOID." In October 2015, the company entered a Sales Contract to sell 30,000 Metric Tons (MT) of tissue paper to Salim's Paper Private Limited in Jaipur, India. This tissue paper is to be shipped over five years at a rate of 6,000 MT per annum. Shipments are scheduled to begin within twelve months of the contract signing, with prices determined quarterly based on the current wood pulp index price quoted on the Chicago Indes by FOEX Indexes, Ltd.
