FIRST FINANCIAL BANCORP

First Financial Bancorp. is a mid-sized, regional bank holding company headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, formed in 1982. It operates in commercial banking and other banking and banking-related activities through its wholly-owned subsidiary, First Financial Bank, which was founded in 1863. Effective December 30, 2016, the Bank converted its charter to an Ohio state chartered bank. First Financial provides a range of banking services to individuals and businesses. These include commercial lending, real estate lending, and consumer financing. Real estate loans are secured by mortgage liens on residential property (one to four family residential housing units) or commercial property (owner-occupied and/or investor income producing real estate, such as apartments, shopping centers, or office buildings). Commercial and industrial loans are provided to various businesses for purposes such as inventory, receivables, and equipment, addressing both shorter-term working capital needs and long-term financing. The company also offers deposit products, including interest-bearing and noninterest-bearing accounts, time deposits, and cash management services for retail and commercial customers. Additionally, First Financial provides a full range of trust and wealth management services through its Wealth Management line of business. Lease and equipment financing are offered primarily through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Summit Funding Group, Inc.
