FEBO has over 30 years of experience, with its operating history beginning in 1993 when FIL was founded in Hong Kong by Mr. Li Kin Shing as a toy manufacturer and distributor. In 2005, Mr. Li Kin Shing founded AIL in Hong Kong, shifting operations to the manufacture and sale of personal care electric appliances, primarily electrical hair styling products such as straighteners, curlers, and trimmers. The manufacturing subsidiary, FPPF, was formed in 2010 in Guangdong, PRC, and has a production capacity of over three million units per year. FEBO currently functions as an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for certain personal care electric appliances. On September 29, 2025, shareholders approved a dual-class share structure. Ordinary shares were re-designated as Class A Ordinary Shares and Class B Ordinary Shares. Each Class A Ordinary Share carries one vote, while each Class B Ordinary Share carries twenty votes. Class B Ordinary Shares are convertible into Class A Ordinary Shares at the holder's option. Class A Ordinary Shares trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under "FEBO," while Class B Ordinary Shares are not listed.
