FutureCrest is a blank check company incorporated in the Cayman Islands on June 9, 2025. The company aims to complete a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities. On September 29, 2025, FutureCrest completed its initial public offering (IPO) of 28,750,000 units, which included 3,750,000 units from the full exercise of the underwriters' over-allotment option.
