First Commonwealth Financial Corporation is a financial holding company based in Indiana, Pennsylvania. The company provides a range of financial services through its operating subsidiaries: First Commonwealth Bank (FCB), First Commonwealth Insurance Agency, Inc. (FCIA), and FRAMAL. Through FCB, First Commonwealth offers diversified consumer and commercial banking services, as well as trust and wealth management services. FCIA provides insurance products. As of December 31, 2025, First Commonwealth had total assets of $12.3 billion, total loans of $9.8 billion, total deposits of $10.3 billion, and shareholders' equity of $1.6 billion. FCB, a Pennsylvania bank and trust company, operated 126 community banking offices across 30 counties in western and central Pennsylvania and throughout Ohio as of December 31, 2025. It also has commercial lending operations in Business Centers located in Canfield, Canton, Hudson, Independence, and Lewis Center, Ohio, and Pittsburgh and Berwyn, Pennsylvania. The Bank maintains a network of 132 automated teller machines (ATMs) at branch offices and offsite locations. These ATMs are part of the NYCE and MasterCard/Cirrus networks. FCB is also a member of the Allpoint ATM network, providing surcharge-free access to over 55,000 ATMs, and the "Freedom ATM Alliance," offering surcharge-free access to over 350 ATMs in over 50 counties in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New York, and Ohio. FCB originated in 1934 as First National Bank of Indiana.
