We are a Singapore-based green building contractor and an established interior fit-out specialist with over 20 years of experience in institutional, residential, commercial, and industrial building projects. As a green contractor, we bid on green building projects, employ green construction methods, and use sustainably-sourced and environmentally responsible materials. These methods and materials aim to reduce energy, water, and material resource usage, thereby lessening environmental impact. We also recommend and introduce green features, which generally make buildings more energy efficient. Common green features in Singapore include improved glass insulation, increased natural light, energy-efficient lighting and equipment-controlled lighting, energy-efficient cooling plants and ventilation systems, building management systems for monitoring and optimizing energy use, and photovoltaic cells for solar projects. We have completed multiple projects in Singapore that received the BCA Green Mark Award, which recognizes achievements in environmental sustainability in the built environment. The BCA Green Mark Certification Scheme, launched in January 2005, evaluates a building's environmental impact and performance based on criteria such as climatic responsive design, building energy performance, resources stewardship, smart and healthy building, and advance green efforts.
