We are a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing T-cell therapies for patients with cancers and autoimmune diseases. Our strategy focuses on using the human immune system to create T-cell therapies that are potentially safer and more effective than traditional CAR-T therapies. We use cellular engineering technologies to address the limitations of current CAR-T therapies, such as high toxicity and high costs, to make T-cell treatments available to more patients. Our lead product candidate, EB103, is a CD19-directed ARTEMIS T-cell therapy. It is designed to meet the needs of patients with relapsed or refractory B-cell malignancies, particularly those who cannot receive currently approved T-cell therapies. EB103 is currently in the dose expansion part of a Phase I/II clinical trial called STARLIGHT-1, for patients with relapsed/refractory B-cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphomas. As of December 2025, we completed the second dose cohort in the Phase I dose-escalation part of the STARLIGHT-1 trial. An independent Data Safety Monitoring Board (DSMB) reviewed safety data from the Phase I dose-escalation phase (n=9) and recommended moving the trial into the Phase II expansion phase at the recommended Phase II dose (RP2D). In the Phase I dose-escalation phase, no treatment-related serious adverse events were reported, and the high-dose cohort achieved a 100% complete response rate at Month 1 in all evaluable patients, most of whom were high-risk and ineligible for currently available commercial CD19 products. We are also developing EB104, which uses ARTEMIS technology to target both CD19 and CD22. Like CD19, CD22 is found on the surface of most B-cell malignancies.
