In 2003, Our Company raised capital from 23 local investors to fund the acquisition of National Bank of Andover in Andover, Kansas. The company has a history of acquiring, integrating, and consolidating community banks and branch networks. Notable acquisitions include National Bank of Andover in June 2003 for $3 million, which had $32 million in total assets at the time of acquisition, and two branches of Hillcrest Bank, N.A. in February 2005.
