Enlightify Inc. is primarily engaged in the research, development, production, and sale of various types of fertilizers and agricultural products in the People's Republic of China. The company operates through wholly owned subsidiaries Shaanxi TechTeam Jinong Humic Acid Product Co., Ltd. ("Jinong") and Beijing Gufeng Chemical Products Co., Ltd. ("Gufeng"), both involved in fertilizer production. Tianjuyuan Fertilizer Co. Ltd ("Tianjuyuan") is a subsidiary of Gufeng. Additionally, Enlightify Inc. operates through a variable interest entity, Xi'an Hu County Yuxing Agriculture Technology Development Co., Ltd. ("Yuxing"), which produces agricultural products. The primary business is fertilizer products, including humic acid-based compound fertilizer from Jinong, and compound fertilizer, blended fertilizer, organic compound fertilizer, slow-release fertilizers, highly concentrated water-soluble fertilizers, and mixed organic-inorganic compound fertilizer from Gufeng. Yuxing develops and produces agricultural products such as top-grade fruits, vegetables, flowers, and colored seedlings. Since March 2023, Enlightify Inc. has also diversified into digital assets mining. It established Antaeus Tech Inc. ("Antaeus") in Delaware to mine digital assets, specifically Bitcoin, in Texas, focusing on the blockchain ecosystem. For the years ended June 30, 2025 and 2024, fertilizer production generated $65,352,572 and $85,144,156, respectively, representing 86.8% and 88.8% of total revenues. As of June 30, 2025, the total annual production capacity was 555,000 metric tons, and the company offered 111 different fertilizer products. Products are sold through 639 regional distributors across 22 provinces, 4 autonomous regions, and 4 central government-controlled municipalities in China. The top five distributors accounted for approximately 21.4% of fertilizer revenues for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2025.
