Eagle Point Institutional Income Fund

Eagle Point Institutional Income Fund is a non-exchange traded, non-diversified, closed-end management investment company registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940. The Fund's primary investment objective is to generate high current income, with a secondary objective to generate capital appreciation. It seeks to achieve these objectives by investing primarily in equity and junior debt tranches of collateralized loan obligations (CLOs).
