EpicQuest Education Group International Limited is a holding company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands on December 13, 2017. The company, formerly named Elite Education Group International Limited, changed its name on August 31, 2022. EpicQuest operates through several wholly-owned subsidiaries. Quest Holding International LLC (QHI), incorporated in Ohio in 2012, facilitates study abroad and post-study services for Chinese students in the United States. Quest International Education Center LLC (QIE) was formed in Ohio on January 13, 2017. Highrim Holding International Limited (HHI), formed in Canada in July 2021, acquired 80% ownership of DavisU Canada Inc. (formerly Richmond Institute of Languages, d.b.a. EduGlobal College) in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, in January 2022. Richmond Institute of Languages was renamed DavisU Canada Inc. (DC) on August 13, 2025. HHI also has two wholly-owned subsidiaries: Study Up Center LLC (SUPC), formed in Ohio on April 27, 2022, coordinates university and college student support services, provides academic guidance for international students, and assists with educational institution selection and application processes. Skyward Holding International Limited (Skyward), formed in Canada in June 2023, is the holding company for EpicQuest's Sri Lanka recruiting office, which opened in September 2023 and focuses on recruiting students in Southeast Asia and the Middle East regions. In March 2021, EpicQuest completed its initial public offering, selling 781,343 units at $8.00 per unit. Each unit included one common share, one Series A warrant, and one Series B warrant. The Series A warrants allow holders to purchase one common share at an exercise price of $5.00 and expire after 5 years.
