Eline Entertainment Group, Inc. (EEGI) was incorporated in Nevada on June 12, 1997, as Rapid Retrieval Systems, Inc., changing its name to Eline Entertainment Group, Inc. on April 25, 2001. In 2017, the Company converted its domicile from Nevada to Wyoming. Historically, Eline Entertainment Group, Inc. operated as a food service business focused on sports and entertainment production and distribution. Business operations were abandoned by former management, leading to a custodianship action in 2022. On May 11, 2022, the First Judicial District Court of Laramie, Wyoming, appointed Rhonda Keaveney as Custodian. This appointment was due to the absence of a functioning board of directors, the revocation of the Company's charter, and the abandonment of the business. The Custodian was granted rights to appoint officers and directors, negotiate debt, execute contracts, and issue stock. Rhonda Keaveney was appointed as the sole director, officer, and executive officer. The Custodian, who is also the sole member of Small Cap Compliance, LLC, a shareholder in the Company, sought custodianship to reinstate EEGI's corporate charter and restore value for stockholders.
