Excelerate Energy, Inc.

Excelerate, a Delaware corporation incorporated in 2021, owns and operates liquefied natural gas (LNG) and natural gas infrastructure assets. The company was formed as a holding company to own a controlling equity interest in Excelerate Energy Limited Partnership (EELP), a Delaware limited partnership formed in 2003. Since April 2022, Excelerate operates and controls all of EELP's business and affairs, consolidating EELP's financial results. Excelerate owns approximately 28.1% of EELP partnership interests, classified as Class A interests, while Excelerate Energy Holdings, LLC, an entity owned and controlled by George B. Kaiser, owns the remaining approximately 71.9% as Class B interests. Excelerate provides the infrastructure for LNG to enter countries where it will be consumed. The company's assets serve as global receiving points for LNG, which is then converted back into natural gas through regasification. This natural gas is subsequently used by Excelerate, its customers, or other end users for power generation or direct energy consumption. The business is primarily supported by long-term, take-or-pay agreements, which generate consistent revenue and cash flow. Under these agreements, Excelerate provides regasification services or directly supplies natural gas, LNG, power, or steam to its customers. As of December 31, 2025, Excelerate controls or operates 11 floating regasification terminals, one onshore regasification terminal, and a combined heat and power plant.
