Wuxi Wangdao conducts all its business operations in China through its PRC subsidiaries. Previously, Wuxi Wangdao (the "VIE") provided online education and technology services in China. Since its inception in 2013, the VIE focused on vocational education, offering training courses in subjects like mechanics, electronics, auto repair, and construction. Its online education services included online vocational training, where students accessed pre-recorded courses, and virtual simulation experimental training. The VIE also provided technology services, such as software development and comprehensive cloud services, to private companies, academic institutions, and government agencies in the PRC. Due to decreased demand and market changes in online education in China, the Company has been transitioning since the end of 2024 towards educational technology innovation, artificial intelligence skills training, and the digital transformation of educational institutions. Jisen Information, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the WOFE, conducts most of this new business in China and recently launched its communication enrichment app 'Sesame Chat' on iOS platforms in China, utilizing proprietary AI technology. Wuxi Talent Home, a minority-owned subsidiary of the WOFE, provides flexible employment services through a platform connecting employers with skilled workers and offering customized services to improve management and operational efficiency. On March 30, 2023, the Company established Le First Skillland Pte. Ltd., a 75% owned subsidiary in Singapore, to develop its global vocational education business, which is currently in the business development stage.
