Eagle Bancorp Montana, Inc. is a Delaware corporation and a bank holding company that owns 100% of Opportunity Bank of Montana. The Bank, founded in 1922, operates and maintains its administrative office in Helena, Montana. It adopted a federal thrift charter in 1975 and converted to a Montana chartered commercial bank in October 2014, becoming a member of the Federal Reserve System. The Bank currently has 30 full-service branches and 32 automated teller machines in its market areas and participates in the Money Pass® ATM network. It provides loan and deposit services primarily to small businesses and individuals across Montana. Eagle Bancorp Montana is a diversified lender, focusing on residential mortgage loans, commercial real estate mortgage loans, commercial business loans, agricultural loans, and second mortgage/home equity loan products. The Bank's headquarters are located at 1400 Prospect Avenue, Helena, Montana, 59601. In April 2022, the Company acquired First Community Bancorp, Inc. and its subsidiary, First Community Bank. This acquisition included nine retail bank branches and two loan production offices in Montana. The total consideration for this transaction was $38.58 million, consisting of $10.23 million in cash and $28.35 million in common stock issued.
