DynaResource, Inc.

DynaResource, Inc. was organized on September 28, 1937, as a California corporation and re-domiciled to Delaware in 1998. The company, including its subsidiaries, acquires, invests in, develops, produces, and sells precious metals. As of December 31, 2025, DynaResource had one wholly owned subsidiary in the United States, DynaMéxico US Holding, LLC, and four wholly owned subsidiaries in Mexico: DynaResource de México, S.A. de C.V., Mineras de DynaResources S.A. de C.V., DynaResource Operaciones de San José de Gracia S.A. de C.V., and Minera de Alica S.A. de C.V. DynaMéxico owns a portfolio of mining concessions, including its interest in the San José de Gracia mine (SJG) in northern Sinaloa State, Mexico. The company's end product from its processing activities at the SJG mine is gold-silver concentrate. This concentrate is a sand-like product where waste and non-precious metals have been removed or reduced, concentrating the precious metals. The concentrate is transported and sold to a third party for further processing. During 2025, DynaResource delivered and sold 20,848 ounces (Oz) of gold (subject to final settlements) contained in concentrate, all originating from the SJG mine. Gold concentrates are sold at a small discount, known as the payability adjustment, to the prevailing spot market price, based on the London PM gold fix.
