Duke Robotics Inc. is a robotics company that develops advanced robotic and drone-based systems. The company's technologies include an advanced robotic stabilization system designed for remote, real-time, pinpoint-accurate firing of small arms and light weapons. While initially designed for unmanned aerial systems ("UAS"), this robotic solution is adaptable to other military platforms and civilian applications. Duke Robotics also offers civilian drone-based solutions focused on infrastructure maintenance, specifically a drone technology for conducting routine maintenance of critical infrastructure, such as electric utility insulator cleaning. The company was founded in 2014 as Unlimited Aerial Systems, LLP ("UAS LLP"). Prior to 2020, it developed and manufactured commercial unmanned aerial systems, providing quadrotor aerial platforms for law enforcement and first responder markets. Duke Inc. was formed in April 2016 and has a wholly owned Israeli subsidiary, Duke Airborne Systems Ltd. ("Duke Israel"), incorporated under the laws of the State of Israel. Duke Israel's principal offices are located at 10 HaRimon Street, Mevo Carmel Science and Industrial Park, Israel 2069203. On March 9, 2020, Duke Inc. became a majority-owned subsidiary, and on June 25, 2020, it became a wholly owned subsidiary. On February 18, 2025, Duke Robotics Hellas M I.K.E ("Duke Greece"), a wholly owned subsidiary, was established under the laws of Greece. On January 13, 2026, Duke Greece received operational authorization from the Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority.
