DT Midstream also holds joint venture interests in equity method investees that own and operate interstate pipelines connecting to its wholly owned assets. Its core assets strategically link key demand centers in the Midwestern U.S., Eastern Canada, and Northeastern U.S. regions to the Marcellus/Utica natural gas formation in the Appalachian Basin. The company also connects key demand centers and LNG export terminals in the Gulf Coast region to the Haynesville natural gas formation. DT Midstream serves customers including natural gas producers, local distribution companies, electric power generators, industrials, and national marketers, with contractual cash flows.
