DSG Global Inc. is a technology development company based in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. The company designs, manufactures, and markets fleet management solutions for the golf industry, as well as for commercial, government, and military applications. In 2020, DSG Global Inc. established an electric vehicle marketing and distribution division, Imperium Motor Company ("Imperium USA"), and its Canadian counterpart, Imperium Motor of Canada Corporation ("Imperium Canada"), in 2021. Also in 2021, the company formed a golf cart division, AC Golf Carts, Inc., which holds exclusive world-wide rights for Shelby Cobra golf carts. The principal activities of the fleet management and golf division include the development, sale, and rental of GPS tracking devices and interfaces for golf vehicles, along with related support services. The subsidiary Vantage Tag expanded its focus from producing and marketing GPS systems to supplying a comprehensive package of electric vehicles, fleet management systems, and back-of-house support services to the golf industry. Vantage Tag also serves commercial customers in last-mile delivery, tourism and resort, education, agriculture, and corporate markets. The electric vehicle division is involved in the importation, marketing, and distribution of a range of low-speed and high-speed electric passenger vehicles for commuter, family, commercial, and public use.
