Dow Inc. is a materials science company that serves customers in high-growth markets including packaging, infrastructure, mobility, and consumer applications. The company operates all its businesses through The Dow Chemical Company (TDCC), a wholly owned subsidiary incorporated in 1947. Dow Inc. itself was incorporated on August 30, 2018, under Delaware law, as a holding company for TDCC and its consolidated subsidiaries. In 2025, Dow delivered sales of approximately $40 billion. Union Carbide Corporation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. Additionally, Dow InfraCo, LLC, referred to as Diamond Infrastructure Solutions, owns and operates infrastructure assets at certain Dow locations on the U.S. Gulf Coast and became a consolidated variable interest entity on May 1, 2025.
