Many of these parts are designed and engineered by Dorman. Dorman also distributes aftermarket parts outside the United States, with sales primarily in Canada and Mexico, and to a lesser extent, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia. The company sells parts across three sectors of the motor vehicle aftermarket industry: light-duty, heavy-duty, and powersports (specialty vehicles). These three sectors combined had an estimated total addressable market of over $165 billion in 2025.
