Dole plc is a global leader in the production, sourcing, distribution, and marketing of fresh fruits and vegetables. The company offers over 300 products, grown and sourced globally from more than 100 countries. As of December 31, 2025, Dole plc operates in 30 countries and distributes products in over 85 countries through retail, wholesale, foodservice, and e-commerce channels. Products are marketed under business-to-business and business-to-consumer brands, including the DOLE® brand, recognized as the most trusted brand for fresh fruit and vegetables in the U.S. On August 5, 2025, the company completed the sale of its Fresh Vegetables division to OG Holdco LLC for approximately $140.0 million. This transaction included most assets and liabilities of the former Fresh Vegetables segment, and its results are now reported as discontinued operations. For the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, Dole plc operated through three reportable segments. The Fresh Fruit segment involves the vertically integrated production and distribution of bananas, pineapples, and plantains. These products are sourced from Dole-owned and leased farms, as well as independent growers, primarily in Latin America. Approximately one-third of the bananas and 75% of the pineapples marketed by the company are sourced from its own production. Products from this segment are sold across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia.
