Damora Therapeutics is a biopharmaceutical company that develops therapies for hematologic disorders. The company's pipeline includes three product candidates designed to treat myeloproliferative neoplasms ("MPNs"), which are chronic bone marrow disorders. Damora's lead product candidate is DMR-001, which targets mutant forms of the calcium binding protein calreticulin ("CALR"), known as mutCALR. Damora has licensed exclusive worldwide development and commercialization rights for DMR-001 from Paragon Therapeutics, Inc. ("Paragon") under an agreement dated October 7, 2025. Damora plans to develop DMR-001 for essential thrombocythemia ("ET"), an MPN characterized by overproduction of platelets, and myelofibrosis ("MF"), an MPN involving overproliferation of blood cells and fibrous material deposition in the bone marrow and spleen. Approximately 25% of ET cases and 35% of MF cases are caused by mutCALR. DMR-001 is designed to selectively target cells expressing mutCALR, aiming to avoid adverse effects of non-specific cytoreductive drugs. It was also designed for increased affinity, potency, and a prolonged half-life compared to other mutCALR-targeting antibodies in development. Damora also holds options to license exclusive worldwide development and commercialization rights from Paragon for two other mutCALR-targeting product candidates, DMR-002 and DMR-003. The company intends to submit an Investigational New Drug Application ("IND") or Clinical Trial Application ("CTA") for DMR-001 in mid-2026, for DMR-002 in the second half of 2026, and for DMR-003 in 2027.
