Turing, a limited liability company incorporated on July 11, 2017, under PRC laws, became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Quantum in February 2025, after Quantum acquired the equity interest from Xiqi and Hong Shixiong. DarkIris acquired the equity interest of Quantum from Xiqi in January 2025.
