We are a leading technology platform for shared mobility, operating in China and 14 other countries through our platforms or partnerships. Our business model consists of four main components: shared mobility, energy and vehicle services, electric mobility, and autonomous driving. In China, we are a leading brand for shared mobility, offering consumers safe, affordable, and convenient services such as ride hailing, online taxi, chauffeur, hitch, and other shared mobility options. We have expanded our platform globally to markets outside China, applying technology and expertise gained from our China operations to create localized solutions. In 2018, we launched energy and vehicle services in China to support shared mobility growth by attracting drivers and vehicles. We partner with leasing companies and financial institutions to help drivers acquire vehicles and reduce their operating costs, increasing earning potential. Drivers in our network receive fuel discounts at gas stations. Electric vehicles are well-suited for shared mobility due to lower operating and maintenance costs, which are amplified by high usage. To support electric vehicles on our platform, we operate a large electric vehicle charging network in China. We also cooperate with industry partners to promote electric vehicles, including a strategic cooperation with XPeng Inc. in August 2023 to promote smart electric vehicle applications. Additionally, we are developing proprietary autonomous driving software and designing custom autonomous driving hardware.
