DHT Holdings, Inc. operates a fleet of crude oil tankers globally on international routes. As of March 13, 2026, the company wholly owns 23 VLCC crude oil tankers, including two VLCCs that it has agreed to sell. VLCCs are tankers ranging in size from 270,000 to 320,000 dwt. The 23 VLCCs currently in operation have a combined carrying capacity of 7,162,399 dwt and an average age of 10.1 years as of the date of this report. Of these, 11 vessels are on time charters and 12 vessels are operating in the spot market. The company has also contracted to build two new VLCCs at Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries in South Korea, with delivery expected during the first half of 2026. In November 2025, the company acquired the DHT Nokota, a 2018-built VLCC, for $107 million, financed with available liquidity and borrowings from Nordea Bank Abp filial I Norge. In January 2026, the company took delivery of the DHT Antelope, a VLCC newbuilding from Hanwha Ocean, financed with available liquidity and borrowings from ING Bank N.V. and Nordea. In March 2026, the company took delivery of the DHT Addax, another VLCC newbuilding from Hanwha Ocean, also financed with available liquidity and borrowings from ING and Nordea. All three recently acquired vessels are fitted with an exhaust gas cleaning system. The DHT Scandinavia was delivered to its new owner in January 2025.
