DIVERSIFIED HEALTHCARE TRUST

Our Company is a real estate investment trust (REIT) organized under Maryland law in 1998. We primarily own senior living communities, medical office and life science properties, and other healthcare-related properties across the United States. As of December 31, 2025, we owned 298 properties, including 13 properties classified as held for sale, located in 33 states and Washington, D.C. Additionally, as of December 31, 2025, we held an equity interest in two unconsolidated joint ventures. These joint ventures own medical office and life science properties in five states, totaling approximately 2.2 million rentable square feet. These properties were 99% leased, with an average remaining lease term of 14.2 years, based on annualized rental income. Our principal executive offices are located in Newton, Massachusetts. We operate within the healthcare real estate sector, which we believe benefits from the aging U.S. population.
