In 2017, it entered the Washington D.C. metropolitan area, focusing on Northern Virginia and Maryland. Further expansion included Hilton Head and Bluffton, South Carolina (2019), and various North and South Carolina markets in 2020. The company completed its initial public offering in January 2021.
