Invesco DB Multi-Sector Commodity Trust

The Fund is an investment fund with a perpetual term, managed by Invesco Capital Management LLC, which has served as the managing owner, commodity pool operator, and commodity trading advisor since February 23, 2015. The Managing Owner holds 40 general shares. The Fund's fiscal year ends on December 31st. The Fund aims to track the performance of the DBIQ Diversified Agriculture Index Excess Return™, plus any excess income from its holdings of United States Treasury Obligations, money market mutual funds, and T-Bill ETFs, over its expenses. The Index is designed to reflect the economic performance of investing in agricultural commodities. To achieve this, the Fund invests in futures contracts. As of November 10, 2025, the Index included the following commodities: Corn, Soybeans, Soybean Meal, Soybean Oil, Wheat, Kansas City Wheat, Sugar, Cocoa, Coffee, Cotton, Live Cattle, Feeder Cattle, and Lean Hogs. The Fund may directly invest in United States Treasury Obligations or gain exposure through exchange-traded funds (ETFs) that track indexes measuring the performance of United States Treasury Obligations with a maximum remaining maturity of up to 12 months (T-Bill ETFs). The Fund uses United States Treasury Obligations, money market mutual funds, and T-Bill ETFs as collateral for margin and cash management.
