Cypherpunk Technologies Inc. is a privacy technology company that also develops novel therapies for cancer patients through its subsidiary. The company was incorporated in Delaware on January 3, 2011. As of December 31, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiaries include HealthCare Pharmaceuticals Pty Ltd., Leap Securities Corp., Flame Biosciences LLC, and Leap Therapeutics, Inc. Prior to October 2025, the company focused its resources on developing biomarker-targeted antibody therapies for cancer. Its clinical stage program is sirexatamab (DKN-01), a monoclonal antibody that inhibits Dickkopf-related protein 1 (DKK1) for treating colorectal cancer patients. It also has a preclinical antibody program, FL-501, designed to treat cachexia-related conditions. In October 2025, the company announced a $58.88 million private placement, led by Winklevoss Capital, and its intent to start a digital asset treasury strategy. Following this financing, it began deploying a portion of its capital, not required for working capital, to accumulate digital assets, specifically Zcash. Zcash is a protocol and blockchain network that validates transactions and maintains a ledger, with ZEC as its monetary unit. Zcash offers transactional privacy, including fully shielded transactions where sender, recipient, and amount are encrypted. On November 12, 2025, the company changed its name from "Leap Therapeutics, Inc." to "Cypherpunk Technologies Inc." and its trading symbol from "LPTX" to "CYPH" to reflect its strategic focus on acquiring ZEC, participating in Zcash development, and promoting privacy and liberty. Its biotechnology research and development operations continue under the wholly-owned subsidiary "Leap Therapeutics, Inc."
