Services Operations include designing, constructing, and selling water production and treatment plants, as well as managing and operating these plants and water treatment and reuse infrastructure for third parties. The company also offers water-related consulting services. In 2025, services operations generated approximately 35% of the consolidated revenue. Manufacturing Operations involve producing and servicing a variety of specialized and custom water-related products and systems for commercial, municipal, and industrial water production, supply, and treatment. This segment contributed approximately 14% of the consolidated revenue in 2025. Through its Affiliate Operations, the company owns 50% of the voting rights and 43.53% of the equity rights of Ocean Conversion (BVI) Ltd., which produces and supplies bulk water to the British Virgin Islands Water and Sewerage Department.
