CAVCO INDUSTRIES, INC. designs and produces factory-built homes, park model RVs, vacation cabins, and factory-built commercial structures. Headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, the company is one of the largest producers of manufactured homes in the United States based on reported wholesale shipments. Its products are primarily distributed through a network of independent and Company-owned retailers, planned community operators, and residential developers. The company constructs homes using an assembly-line process designed for flexibility to accommodate customer customizations. Its operations include a total of 33 homebuilding production lines, with 31 located throughout the United States and two in Mexico. Homes are distributed through a large network of independent distribution points in 48 states and Canada, and 92 Company-owned U.S. retail stores, 57 of which are in Texas. ("CountryPlace") is a finance subsidiary that originates and services single-family, conforming, and non-conforming residential mortgages and home-only loans. CountryPlace is an approved Federal National Mortgage Association ("FNMA" or "Fannie Mae") and Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation ("FHLMC" or "Freddie Mac") seller/servicer, a Government National Mortgage Association ("GNMA" or "Ginnie Mae") mortgage-backed securities issuer, and is authorized by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") to directly endorse Federal Housing Administration ("FHA") Title I and Title II mortgage insurance. It is also an approved servicer with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs ("VA"). Standard Casualty Company ("Standard Casualty") is an insurance subsidiary that provides property and casualty insurance primarily to owners of manufactured homes.
