We are a global commercial-stage medical technology company focused on creating diagnostic and screening products to identify abnormalities of the GI tract. We develop advanced imaging and AI technologies for these products. Our GI-tract capsule endoscopy solution includes our single-use CapsoCam capsule and the associated software, CapsoCloud and CapsoView. The CapsoCam capsule captures and stores video images with a panoramic view as it moves through the GI tract. Healthcare providers can view this video by streaming it from the secure CapsoCloud or by downloading data from the capsule and reviewing it with CapsoView software. Our first U.S. Food and Drug Administration ("FDA") cleared capsule endoscopy is the small bowel capsule, currently known as CapsoCam Plus. We received a CE Mark for CapsoCam Plus in 2011 and began commercial sales in Europe in 2012. We then received 510(k) clearance in 2016 and began U.S. commercial sales in 2017. CapsoCam Plus is a Class II device used to visualize the small bowel mucosa to detect abnormalities in adults and children aged 2 years and above. As of December 31, 2025, CapsoCam Plus has been used in more than 161,000 patients. For the years ended December 31, 2025 and 2024, we generated approximately $13.6 million and $11.8 million, respectively, in revenue from CapsoCam Plus sales, representing an increase of approximately 15% over the prior year. Our revenue has increased annually since U.S. direct sales began in 2020, primarily due to increased CapsoCam Plus capsule sales. We are currently updating CapsoCam Plus to incorporate our self-developed AI assisted pathology detection technology.
