The company's operations are principally conducted in the office real estate segment, measured by geographical area. Cousins defines "lifestyle offices" as well-located, modern or modernized buildings that are professionally managed and maintained, offering amenities in high demand by customers focused on the physical work environment for employee recruitment and retention.
