The company operates as a leading provider of global money transfer services and airtime trading in Southeast Asia, primarily through two business lines: remittance and airtime. The remittance business enables users to send money internationally efficiently and at a low cost. The airtime business sells airtime to users globally, including retail users in Indonesia. Historically, the company operated these businesses through four subsidiaries: Tranglo, WalletKu, TNG Asia, and GEA. On July 30, 2024, GEA was divested, and on August 30, 2024, TNG Asia was disposed. Currently, the global remittance business is mainly operated through Tranglo, a leading money remittance platform in Southeast Asia. Tranglo provides business-to-business (B2B) remittance services for financial institutions, acting as an upstream player in the industry. It offers a single unified application programming interface for licensed banks and money service operators and serves as a one-stop settlement agent for cross-border money transfers, facilitating global payment processing. The company also provides cross-border international airtime transfer services through Tranglo, functioning as a switching platform provider for telecom airtime transfers and a wholesale reseller of foreign airtime. Additionally, WalletKu operates as an Indonesian airtime operator directly serving end users. As of December 31, 2025, Tranglo had over 5,000 bank partners, 35 e-Wallets, 130,000 cash pick-up points, and 500 mobile operators covering 150 countries, serving more than 40 airtime corporate customers. For the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, Tranglo processed approximately 11.5 million transactions with a total processing value of $5.6 billion. This represents a 1.0% increase in volume and a 1.2% growth in value compared to 11.4 million transactions with a total processing value of $5.1 billion for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024.
