CTT Pharmaceutical Holdings, Inc. is a development stage company focused on drug delivery systems technology within the pharmaceutical industry. The company specializes in fast dissolving drug delivery systems, specifically an oral delivery system of medication contained on a disposable film. CTT Pharmaceutical Holdings, Inc. was incorporated on November 6, 1996, as Winchester Mining Corp. The company underwent several name changes, becoming PNW Capital, Inc. on May 16, 2000, and then Industrial Minerals, Inc. in 2002 after acquiring Industrial Minerals Incorporated. Effective July 26, 2011, the company adopted the name Mindesta Inc. and consolidated its stock on a 20:1 basis. Operations ceased in 2013 due to financial difficulties. On September 9, 2014, the company entered into a Share Exchange Agreement with CTT Pharmaceuticals, Inc., f/k/a Fenwafe Inc., a Canadian entity organized in March 2007. Through this agreement, the company acquired all issued and outstanding shares of CTT Pharma common stock by issuing 149,183,285 shares of its own common stock. Of these, 8,444,337 shares were issued to Capital Financial to satisfy an obligation of CTT Pharma. The 149,183,285 restricted common shares issued at closing represented approximately 80% of the then issued and outstanding shares of the company's common stock. Effective July 20, 2015, the company changed its name to CTT Pharmaceutical Holdings, Inc. CTT Pharma is now a wholly owned subsidiary and the company's exclusive focus, with all previous business operations abandoned.
