CSP Inc., incorporated in 1968 and based in Lowell, Massachusetts, develops and markets IT integration solutions, advanced security products, managed IT services, cloud services, purpose-built network adapters, and high-performance cluster computer systems for commercial and defense customers globally. The company operates through two segments: Technology Solutions (TS) and High Performance Products (HPP). The TS segment, which includes the wholly-owned Modcomp, Inc. subsidiary, operates in the United States and the United Kingdom. This segment generates product revenue by reselling third-party computer hardware and software as a value-added reseller. Service revenue comes from professional services for complex IT solutions, including advanced security, unified communications and collaboration, wireless and mobility, data center solutions, and network solutions, as well as managed IT services primarily for the small and mid-sized business market. These products and services are sold through the company's direct sales force to various vertical markets, such as automotive, defense, healthcare, education, federal, state and local government, and maritime. The HPP segment generates revenue from three product lines: ARIA™ Software-Defined Security (SDS), a cybersecurity solution offered to commercial, original equipment manufacturers (OEM), and government customers; Myricom® network adapters and related software for commercial, government, and OEM customers; and the legacy Multicomputer product portfolio for digital signal processing applications within defense markets. The ARIA SDS solution includes ARIA Packet Intelligence software for high-speed wire-rate in-line packet filtering, steering, and policy enforcement, and ARIA Advanced Detection and Response (ADR) solution for real-time threat detection and prevention across networks, devices, and services.
