We are a technology-enabled research organization that creates technology solutions for drug discovery and development. Our research center operates in both regulatory and non-regulatory environments, utilizing comprehensive computational and experimental research platforms. Our pharmacology, biomarker, and data platforms aim to reduce costs and increase speed in drug discovery and development. Central to our research is our unique, proprietary bank of Patient Derived Xenograft (PDX) models, which are deployed into advanced in vivo and ex vivo pharmacology platforms to provide insights into therapeutic programs. We currently maintain approximately 1,500 PDX Models in our TumorBank, which we believe reflect the characteristics of late-stage, pretreated, and metastatic patients enrolled in clinical trials. This characteristic differentiates our TumorBank from other established PDX banks. We implant and expand these tumors in mice for future studies and additional characterization. We also use additional analytical and pharmacology experimental platforms to augment information from studies. Our PDX bank is highly characterized at the molecular, phenotypic, and pharmacological levels, contributing a differentiated layer of data to our large oncology dataset, the "Datacenter." The Datacenter combines our proprietary dataset with other large publicly available datasets. This dataset currently includes approximately 3,500 molecular datasets (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, phosphor-proteomics), approximately 3,000 clinical drug responses, approximately 3,500 in vivo drug responses, and accompanying clinical information from patients in our TumorBank (pre and post tumor sample acquisition of drug treatments and responses, age, gender, ethnicity, tumor stage, tumor grade, location of tumor biopsy, histology, etc.). A unique feature of this proprietary dataset is its derivation from a living TumorBank, allowing for ongoing characterization and increased data depth over time. The breadth and depth of our TumorBank and its associated characterization drive the value of our Datacenter.
