We are a pharmaceutical company focused on discovering, developing, and commercializing new therapies for endocrine diseases and endocrine-related tumors. Our primary expertise is in targeting GPCRs with small molecules. Our main product, PALSONIFY (paltusotine), is an FDA-approved, once-daily, oral treatment for adults with acromegaly who had an inadequate response to surgery or for whom surgery is not an option. The FDA approved PALSONIFY on September 25, 2025. Paltusotine is also in clinical development for CS associated with NETs, with the first patient enrolled in a Phase 3 study for CS in November 2025. In February 2026, the CHMP of the EMA recommended marketing authorization for PALSONIFY for adult acromegaly patients, with a potential EC decision in the first half of 2026. Our pipeline includes over 10 disclosed programs. Atumelnant is a late-stage investigational candidate in development for CAH and ADCS. In January 2025, we reported positive results from the first three cohorts of the Phase 2 TouCAHn open-label study of atumelnant in CAH, and in January 2026, we provided an update including data on the fourth cohort and from a separate OLE study. CRN09682 is a NDC candidate being developed to treat SST2 expressing NETs and other SST2 expressing solid tumors. Additional discovery programs target endocrine conditions such as NETs, Graves' disease (including Graves' hyperthyroidism and Graves' orbitopathy, or TED), polycystic kidney disease, hyperparathyroidism, diabetes, obesity, and GPCR-targeted oncology indications.
