Cresud Inc. is a leading Latin American agricultural company engaged in the production of basic agricultural commodities, with a growing presence in Brazil and other Latin American countries through its investment in BrasilAgro. Its farming activities include grains, sugarcane production and cattle raising. Its business model focuses on the acquisition, development and exploitation of agricultural properties with attractive prospects for agricultural production and/or value appreciation, and the selective sale of such properties where appreciation has been realized. It also leases land to third parties and performs agency and agro-industrial services. Its shares are listed on ByMA and the NASDAQ. Cresud Inc. is also directly and indirectly engaged in the real estate business through its subsidiary IRSA and its subsidiaries and joint ventures, one of Argentina's leading real estate companies. IRSA develops, acquires and operates shopping malls, premium offices and luxury hotels in Argentina, and its shares are listed on the ByMA and the NYSE. Cresud Inc. owns 55.14% of the outstanding common shares of IRSA. In the fiscal years ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, consolidated revenues were ARS 1,379,363 million and ARS 1,220,836 million, respectively, and consolidated profit from operation, before financing and taxation, was ARS 425,668 million and ARS 330,977 million, respectively. Total consolidated assets increased 6.60% from ARS 6,796,006 million to ARS 7,244,639 million, and consolidated shareholders' equity increased 6.70% from ARS 2,956,467 million to ARS 3,154,507 million. Segment information is analyzed by products and services into (i) agricultural business and (ii) urban properties and investment business. The agricultural business comprises four reportable segments; the Agricultural production segment consists of planting, harvesting and sale of crops such as wheat, corn, soybeans, cotton and sunflowers; breeding, purchasing and/or fattening of free-range cattle for sale to slaughterhouses and local livestock auction markets; leasing of the Company's farms to third parties; and planting, harvesting and sale of sugarcane.
