We are a leading Latin American agricultural company primarily involved in producing basic agricultural commodities. We have a growing presence in the agricultural sectors of Argentina and Brazil, and other Latin American countries through our investment in Brasilagro. Our farming activities include grains, sugarcane production, and cattle raising. Our business model centers on acquiring, developing, and operating agricultural properties with strong potential for agricultural production or value growth, and then selling these properties once their value has increased. We also lease land to third parties and provide agency and agro-industrial services. Our shares are listed on the NASDAQ and the ByMA. Additionally, we are involved in the real estate business through IRSA and its subsidiaries and joint ventures. IRSA is a leading real estate company in Argentina, developing, acquiring, and operating shopping malls, premium offices, and luxury hotels in the country. IRSA's shares are listed on the ByMA and the NYSE. We own 54.06% of IRSA's outstanding common shares (net of treasury shares). For the fiscal years ended June 30, 2025 and 2024, our consolidated revenues were ARS 914,157 million and ARS 959,359 million, respectively. Our consolidated profit / (loss) from operation, before financing and taxation, was ARS 247,835 million and (ARS 145,974) million, respectively. Our total consolidated assets increased 5.09% from ARS 4,842,217 million to ARS 5,088,822 million, and our consolidated shareholders' equity increased 1.63% from ARS 2,178,241 million to ARS 2,213,792 million during the fiscal year ended June 30, 2025 and 2024. Our business is analyzed across two segments: (i) agricultural business and (ii) urban properties and investment business.
