Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P.

Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P. is a publicly traded Delaware limited partnership that provides liquefied natural gas (LNG) to integrated energy companies, utilities, and energy trading companies globally. The company produces LNG, which is natural gas primarily in liquid form, for shipment worldwide. This LNG is then converted back into natural gas through a process called regasification and transported via pipeline for residential and industrial energy uses. Cheniere Energy Partners owns and operates the Sabine Pass LNG Terminal in Cameron Parish, Louisiana, which is a natural gas liquefaction and export facility. As of December 31, 2025, this facility has a total production capacity of over 30 million tonnes per annum (mtpa) of LNG. The Sabine Pass LNG Terminal also includes five LNG storage tanks with a combined capacity of approximately 17 billion cubic feet equivalent (Bcfe) and vaporizers capable of regasifying approximately 4 billion cubic feet per day (Bcf/d). Additionally, it features three marine berths: two can accommodate vessels up to 266,000 cubic meters, and the third can accommodate vessels up to 200,000 cubic meters. Through its subsidiary, CTPL, the company also owns and operates the 94-mile Creole Trail Pipeline, which connects the Sabine Pass LNG Terminal to several large interstate and intrastate natural gas pipelines.
