On March 12, 2024, the company completed the acquisition of Sovos Brands, Inc. for a total purchase consideration of $2.899 billion. The company completed the sale of its Emerald nuts business on May 30, 2023, its Pop Secret popcorn business on August 26, 2024, and its noosa yoghurt business on February 24, 2025. The company operates through reportable segments. The Meals & Beverages segment includes soup, simple meals, and beverage products sold in retail and foodservice channels in the U.S. and Canada. Products in this segment include Campbell's condensed and ready-to-serve soups; Swanson broth and stocks; Pacific Foods broth, soups, and non-dairy beverages; Prego pasta sauces; Pace Mexican sauces; SpaghettiOs pasta; Campbell's gravies, beans, and dinner sauces; Swanson canned poultry; V8 juices and beverages; and Campbell's tomato juice. As of March 12, 2024, this segment also includes Rao's pasta sauces, dry pasta, frozen entrées, frozen pizza, and soups, as well as Michael Angelo's frozen entrées and pasta sauces. The noosa yoghurt business was part of this segment until its sale on February 24, 2025.
